This stunning new renovation in the High Park area is an example of how laying the proper foundation for walls can deliver a perfectly polished impression once painted. New drywall was installed throughout, making this home in one of Toronto’s most historic and vibrant neighborhoods look practically brand new!
Careful attention to detail was used around the windows, doors and pot lights while installing the new walls. After which, a strategic use of plastering and sanding completed the new wall’s surface. Once that was done, it was priming and painting to deliver the complete finished look.
As you can see, an element of the home’s history is featured in the brick triangle. Making this room completely unique mix of old Toronto and new Toronto design!
